Well two things could be going on (1) she doesn't like you back and doesn't knw how to let you know that so she is avioding you hoping that you will get the hint or (2) she does like you back but is afraid of massing things up or afraid of a relationship..or maybe she is just confused as how to let you know she likes you back. but in conclusion there really is no way to tell for sure because woman, like men, can be VERY indecisive.
