this is my theory that i have recently come upon.

energy cannot e recycled. an electron goes up an energy level when excited- energy is applied

then it goes back down to ground and releases light

this releasement of light is the electron being used

the answer is no, an elctron cannot be recycled, when new energy is formed, new electrons are formed.

think about it this way, if electrons were recyclable, batteries would never die.=)

ELECTRONS

What parts of an atom does chemistry?

the valence band electrons.

These particles are the electrons.

What does the saying Chemistry is in all the electrons mean?

Electrons form the basis for electric charge of atoms. Chemistry, in it's most basic form, is the study of atoms and how they interact to form molecules. The biggest influence by far of this interaction is through the electric charge that the atoms have, and how they attract and repel to form molecules. Hence the saying, chemistry is all in the electrons.

Why are symbol formula valency important in chemistry?

It is the valence electrons that are the ones that react and combine in bonds in chemistry

What do these valence electrons do that make them are so important in chemistry?

the number of valence electrons determine the reactivity of the atoms

What part of an atom is to do with chemistry?

Chemistry is mostly concerned with nothing smaller than the protons, neutrons, and electrons when dealing with atoms. Photons do play a part in some disciplines of chemistry, but are mentioned less often. The bonding of atoms into molecules is also a key idea in chemistry, which is concerned with the transfer or sharing of electrons.

What is antibonding in chemistry?

Antibonding is a bonding in which the electrons are away from the nucleus and which is higher in energy.

What term describes an atom or molecule that has an equal number of protons and electrons, making it electrically neutral in chemistry?

The term that describes an atom or molecule with an equal number of protons and electrons, making it electrically neutral in chemistry, is "neutral."

What is the smallest particle chemistry element?

The smallest particle of an element in chemistry is an atom. Atoms are made up of protons, neutrons, and electrons.

What is the definition of charge in chemistry?

Generally, in chemistry a charge refers to an excess or lack of electrons leading to a negative or positive electrical property respectively.
