I own a 2003 Oldsmobile Alero, and my steering was squeeking when moving at slow speeds, would happen mostly when you park. If you would sit still while parked and move the wheel you could also here it, and it sounded like it was coming from inside the car. It wasnt a loud noise, almost even more of a vibration. To make a long story short, it ended up being the Power Steering rack. Had it not been under warranty when I took it in, it would have been a very costly repair.
