Vitamin and minerals are natural compounds that have been identified as beneficial to one's health. All minerals, with the exception of salt, are better absorbed from plants than the mineral dug from the ground. Vitamins are A, the B complex, C, D, E, and K. Some minerals are calcium, copper, iron, manganese, magnesium, potassium, and zinc.
