You can use a transformer with a turns ratio of 24:5 to convert 24 VAC to 5 VAC. This means the primary winding has 24 turns for every 5 turns on the secondary winding, which will step down the voltage proportionally. Make sure the transformer is rated for the appropriate power and frequency.

how you doing ? first you need to go to a automotive store and buy a air vac. you'll have two fittings on the ac system. high and low out put ,the high out put is on the line and the low on the canister. hook up air vac to the canister fitting and hook air hose to the vac and this will drain the ac system
Yes. I'm certainly no expert, but I recently used my shop-vac to clean up my spa and drain the remaining 20 or so gallons in the bottom.I took the filter out and removed the drain plug from the bottom of the canister. It didn't have as much suction as I thought, so as the hose filled up, I lifted it up and let the water drain into the canister. I had to shut off the vacuum to let the water drain out, then continued. It took a while, but was pretty easy.
To effectively use a shop vac for cleaning, start by selecting the appropriate attachment for the surface you are cleaning. Make sure the shop vac is plugged in and turned on before using it. Move the vacuum in a back-and-forth motion over the area to be cleaned, overlapping each pass slightly. Empty the vacuum's canister or replace the bag when it becomes full. Store the shop vac in a dry place when not in use.
Undo the clamp on the oil filter canister, remove the oil filter element, (never figured out a not ghetto way to do this) vacuum out the oil at the bottom of the canister with a wet/dry shop vac, put new filter element in and put new oil into the canister. Put the top back on securely and tighten the clamp back down.
