TeachAustralia is a small operation which is part of Caduceus International Travel. Their office is located in Toronto, ON, Canada. They recruit recent education grads from Canadian universitites to teach in Melbourne. The travel agency also recruits radiologists from South Africa for radiology positions in Australia. As for teachers, they help you find accommodation in Australia and put you in contact with teaching positions which are more likely to be substitute teaching positions rather than full-time contracts. For this service, they charge a 9% commission on your earnings. They insist on you getting a Working Holiday Visa for 18 to 30 year-olds, which lets you stay in the country for up to a year. Clearly TeachAustralia is wanting to find young people interested in travel first and working second. One friend who traveled to Australia with TeachAustralia found a job as waitress to help pay the bills; she only got about one day a week of work as a substitute teacher. Personally, I wouldn't go to Australia on this program unless I had a good sized bank account behind me. Cost of living is very high in Australia, and even on a teacher's full-time salary it is hard to make ends meet.

I worked with a lady from here, she was trying to recruit me for a position. I checked the company she was recruitng for and it existed, and was in the position to upgrade their IT structure which is what she was recruiting for. RCS is a staffing company in Canada, specializing in power/electrical utilities. There may be more, legitimate or not, but this is my experience with a legitimate one.
I think iCare Timeshare is a legitimate company that takes your money and does NOTHING for you. Check it with BBB. Better make sure that it is legitimate first before jumping int any deal.
It is sometimes difficult to tell if a work from home company is legitimate, and there are many more scams than actual online jobs out there. Do not trust companies that require you to pay for training, and stay away from company email addresses that do not end in the supposed company's name.
