Well, in her time she is actually quite old. To her peers, she is a rather mature woman, ready to settle down and marry. This play was set in a time where people married young because they were not expected to live very long. If you married a twenty year old in this time, you were nutto, because they would not live long enough to raise children with you. Romeo and Juliet are relatively at the same maturity level, partially because they were both treated like adults. And it is apparent in their actions too. She plays dead, and he kills himself. When she finds him dead, she kills HERSELF. So I would say that they are on the same level, due to their time period and what was expected of them.
I would say Friar Lawrence. He was always level headed, thought things through, and made a good decision. This excludes when he left Juliet in the tomb and she then killed herself. Other than that he was the most level headed character of the play.
It depends what level you are at and what kind of project we are talking about. Here are a broad variety of examples. 1. Make a model of the Globe Theatre. 2. Report on what an actor's life was like in Elizabethan times. 3. Using finger puppets, re-enact the final scene of Twelfth Night. 4. Discuss the use of the word "blood" in Macbeth, "moon" in Midsummer Night's Dream and "star" in Romeo and Juliet. 5. Make a film version of Postumous's dream at the end of Cymbeline. 6. Compare and contrast the concept of an "unfit king" in Richard II, Henry VI Part III, Richard III, King John and Hamlet.
Death lies on her LIKE an untimely frost It means that it is ironic that death or frost has fallen on the most beautiful flower and not on some common or hasty flower hence is like Juliet as she has taken the potion, which is thought to make her dead and is like death falling onto the most prosperous young female
As I am sure everyone in the world knows, Romeo and Juliet is a play about love. Of course that is not all, because plays are not essays and therefore do not have "topics" and "subjects" as if they were. Since it is a play it is not a discussion of the nature of true love, but rather a presentation of people who are deeply in love but who have some serious problems. Although some philosophical discussions (Plato's dialogues, for example) take the form of conversations, they are not dramatic and could not entertain anyone if put on stage. Plays, on the other hand, are not about abstract subjects, but are about individuals whose particular situations might invite us to reflect on those abstract subjects. So really, the subject of the play is Romeo and Juliet, and because of who they are, what they do and say and what happens to them in the end, it makes us think about what love is and how it works.

A possible thesis for comparing Romeo and Juliet in terms of motivation, temperament, goals, objectives, and maturity could be: "Although both Romeo and Juliet are driven by passion and impulsivity, they diverge in their motives and emotional reactions. While Romeo is more idealistic and prone to rash decisions, Juliet displays a greater level of maturity, determination, and strategic thinking in pursuing their shared goal of love and unity despite the obstacles they face."
Her maturity level was unusually high for her age

IN PART OF MY THESIS, MY TOPIC IS ABOUT EMOTIONAL MATURITY. I HAVE MADE MY OWN TEST TO ASSESSED MY RESPONDENTS TO DETERMINE THEIR LEVEL OF EMOTIONAL MATURITY AND KNOW ALSO THEIR DECISION MAKING PROCESS. ITS GREAT THAT MOST OF MY RESPONDENTS GOT UP HIGH LEVEL OF EMOTIONAL MATURITY AND KNEW ALSO HOW CAN THEIR MAKE THEIR DECISIONS.
Memory does effect your maturity level, example: If you don't remember much than you start acting immature, like acting out in public. -Christine Forte
12-13 ---------------------------------- I myself think it's the maturity level of the child/teen. If you want a age I say 11-14, DEPENDING on the person's maturity level.
