Essentially, none. The Globe stage was a thrust stage with only one wall. That wall contained the entrances, the balcony and the concealment space. It could not be repainted for each performance, because the company often performed a different play every day of a week. Therefore the same wall had to be used for all of the plays, and the balcony could be Juliet's balcony in Romeo and Juliet or the walls of Harfleur in Henry V, although it did not look any different. One piece of painted scenery was the roof, which was brightly painted to represent the sky, and out of which gods could descend (as Jupiter does in Cymbeline). Furniture could be moved onto the stage from the tiring house, but space was limited so such furniture was limited to what was required by the action (a bed in the last act of Othello, a tavern table in Henry IV Part I)
He invited his audience to use their imaginations. Which they did and are still capable of doing. Many modern productions, both of Shakespeare's plays and more modern ones, use minimal props and scenery and get their point across by good acting.
yes
Not much is known about the premieres but it was said to be fairly simple with one back ground. However in some plays like Romeo and Juliet and Hamlet the key props like the balcony and 'hell' were used. The roof was also covered in a cloth and known as 'heaven'.
Very little scenery was used.
