If you mean the US-India deal, this lifts the moratorium on US nuclear trade with India, and expands US-Indian cooperation in energy and satellite technology, without India signing the Non Proliferation Treaty, so for India it is an unprecedented deal. India does agree to allow IAEA inspection of civilian reactors.
