It is good for you if you are going for the world record of the person who did 1000 sit ups everyday for the most consecutive days. Otherwise you would probably be better off with a little variety. Remember when doing something always start with the end result/goal in mind. Ask yourself what do i want to achieve or gain from doing this. Then find out what is the best way to achieve this particular outcome. You should also do 1000 prone extensions, a1000 side bends to each side, for every 1000 sit ups. Trying to prevent muscle imbalances thus preventing injury.
