Wearing veil, or burka, burqa, niqab, or forehead cover, that covers woman head including her face is not an Islamic requirement. Wearing this veil comes out from some local cultures and traditions. Religion neither requires wearing the veil (that covers the face) nor forbids its wearing. Wearing this veil is not rejected by religion and considered something left to the free choice of the woman. What is mandatory and compulsory in Islam is to wear cloth that covers the whole body, including head, hair and neck, except face and hands. That cloth:
The part of the cloth covering the head (and hair) but not the face is called Hijab.
Because in the religion of Islam, they have to cover their heads once at a certain age and they can show respect and love to their religion and Allah if they wear the Niqab which is what Muslim women wear to cover their faces.
a boy can wear niqab, but while wearing niqab he should cover his face by his niqab.i am loving one Muslim girl .she instructed me to wear niqab ,so i always wearing niqab.unfortunately one day i didnt wear niqab my lover saw.she became angry and slapped me twice and i cry before her.she forced me to wear niqab!
NO. There is no requirement in Islam for a woman to veil beyond the hijaab. The niqab, burqa, abaya, and similar more extensive clothing are the results of culture, not Islamic Law.
Followers of Islam are called Muslims The head scarf that Muslim women wear is called a hijab ( this is compulsory) The long, loose dress like clothing that covers the body is called jilbab ( the jilbab is preferred in Islam but is not compulsory for women to wear. the women does not have to wear jilbab as long as she is dressed modestly) Muslim women may also cover their faces with only their eyes showing this is called a niqab ( it is optional if a women wishes to wear a niqab or not)
To answer your question, the correct word is Muslims and not 'Islams'. Islam is the religion Muslims follow. Some Muslim girls and women who wear the Hijab typically do not cover their faces. Another form of the Hijab is called the Niqab. A Niqab is typically a longer Hijab and only shows the eyes.
Muslim women in Islamist countries typically have to wear headcoverings, but not necessarily niqabs. Iranian women, for example, wear the chador which leaves the lower face (usually covered by the niqab) visible, even though it covers the hair and chest. Islamism is a political philosophy, not a religion. Islam is the religion, whose laws and beliefs Islamism seeks to establish as the base legal system in numerous countries.
there are no women priests in Islam religion.
Some wear normal western like clothes, jeans, tshirts, so on. Some wear more modest clothing including hijab, niqab (face veil) and the abaya.
In Islam- Muslims are to wear suitable clothes, Men and Women alike. Women should not wear revealing clothes as it allows Men to approach, attack, or discriminate against them.
In Islam the females MUST wear the veil (hijab) to cover their hair and neck and chest and must wear modest clothing because that's a must in the religon
speaking from my own personal experience, as of lately i have been feeling more inclined to wanting to wear the niqab. it was more so due to gaining higher knowledge about islam and understanding rather than taking on what i heard about islam from the tabloids. also individuals have various goals in life, my one has know become purely a spiritual endeavour, so im willing to take anything that will bring me closer to Allah. and if the niqab will bring me closer into the folds of islam i will take it. surprisingly there are quite a fair bit of teenage niqabis out there just yesterday i met a 15 yr old niqabed sister. insha'allah this helped.
It is neither required per Islam religion to wear veals (that covers face and hands) nor forbidden. However, Hijab that covers head, hair, and neck (except face, hands) is compulsory for women to wear.
