Hinduism is often called the "oldest living" religion, but it is not necessarily the oldest religion. Neither is Sanskrit the oldest written language (Sumerian is the oldest written language for which we have evidence). No one knows what the oldest religion is for sure. Archaeological evidence shows signs of religious rituals as early as the Paleolithic period, but since religion itself predates written language, we have no way of knowing what the actual religions may have been. The oldest known religion is an arguable point.
As far as the Hindu God being the oldest God, that's a question that really can't be answered for many reasons. The main reason being that it would be an entirely subjective answer, as it depends on one's own personal views/definitions of God. For example, someone who thinks that a deity's existence is dependent upon their associated religion will have an entirely different answer than someone who thinks that a deity's existence has nothing to do with the associated religion. Another reason is that, because it's subjective, there is no right or wrong answer. It all depends, again, on what you think.
My own personal answer would be that no God is the oldest God, and that we would have no way of knowing anyway.
