2. With the advance of performance fabrics, knits have become more popular and soccer shorts are made with thinner draw string cord on the inside of the waist.

3. Since basketball shorts are usually worn with jersey's tucked in, it's important that the front rise and back rise hit near the waist.

4. I've seen some soccer shorts where the front and back rise probably wouldn't be suitable for basketball.

You don't need much equipment to play Basketball, but preferably most B-Ball players buy B-Ball shoes and the only other thing you will need is Jersey and Shorts which will be provided if you play for a team. LIZZIE1719 ツ

In golf there is only ever one winner. However in amateur and club competitions there are nett winners for each section and gross winners. In some competitions there are various age groups. In scramble formats there are 2-3 or 4 winners on each team depending on the format which is decided on by the tournament committee or chairman.
