What do you call a girl's penis?
"Nonexistent" would be one. "Amazing" would be another, since girls do not usually have penises. If a girl was born with transsexualism or an intersex condition, then she could have a penis, and it wouldn't be her fault nor anything. Most girls like that would want that gone and just be normal down there for a girl.
The female analogue to the male penis might be the clitoris, which is a dense bundle of nerve cells which is primarily responsible for a woman's orgasm.
How effective are expired birth control pills?
Like all medication, when it expires, it becomes less effective (and increases in its ineffectiveness as the time goes on). It's not easy to give a percentage as to how effective compared to non-expired pills, but if using expired birth control is your only option, I would use it with a condom or some other non-hormonal birth control to make sure you don't get pregnant. Otherwise, the likelihood of pregnancy will increase.

It may possibly effect when you will get your period and/or you may experience spotting or breakthrough bleeding. If you only took a half of a pack of birth control pills and discontinued, you are at risk of becoming pregnant. You half to completely finish the pack of pills and take the birth control everyday at the same time in order for the birth control to remain effective.
You will remain protected from pregnancy even through your placebo week, if you take your active birth control pills everyday at the same time(including being on birth control for 2 months. In other words, if you take your birth control everyday at the same time, you will consistently be protected from pregnancy.
This answer comes from my gyno:
The sugar pills are simply "reminder" pills. They are included in the pack so that you can stay on schedule and not have a hard time remembering to take the active pills once you start week 1 for the next month. If it helps you, you can take one sugar pill each day at the same time you would take your normal pill. What I do is simply throw one sugar pill away every day of that 4th week, but i do that at the same time I would take my active pills so that once I begin the active pills again I remember to take them at that time every day (granted, I have a terrible memory!). Whether or not you're actually bleeding is irrelevant.
