At this time you cannot watch YouTube videos on the DSi XL. The reason being is that the DSi XL, unfortunately, does not support flash. Apparently the processor is too underpowered to run it.

Because copyright protection is automatic, virtually everything you encounter online will be protected. The exceptions would be works created by the federal government, and works donated to the public domain by their creators. On YouTube, it is safe to assume that everything is protected by copyright unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The best people to request help from to make you a logo would be people you know in real life. These people could be your friends, and even family members or teachers. It's unlikely that someone you meet online will make you a logo with their full effort, and they will most likely also want you to pay them for them to make it. You may also want to try making your own logo, as I found it really fun when I made my YouTube channel logo!

Yes, it appears to be completely free. However, they do have a pop up advertisement every time you click to watch a video. This probably pays for at least part of their costs.

I suspect the site is hosting uploaded videos from other people, or are pointing to videos hosted by other sites, and are therefore taking no responsibility for breaking copyright laws. Since the movie studio is probably not making any money every time someone views their movies on this site, the legality of this is questionable.
