In his early life his father abandoned him to boarding school, his sister fan whom he loved died in child birth later his only family was Fred his nephew. He belittled Fred mercilessly for marrying for love. Later he sees his error and began for and receives forgiveness

Scrooge's favorite saying in "A Christmas Carol" was, "Bah, humbug!" This phrase expressed his disdain for the Christmas season and his general grumpiness towards the holiday spirit.

It changed the way people celebrated Christmas because in the Christmas carol, scrooge was a very selfish a greedy man who didn't like to donate his money, (he had a lot of $$$), and he let his only worker work on Christmas eve, luckily not on Christmas day but he was about to. Scrooge's only worker had a son who was crippled, and since scrooge didn't like to give away his money, the family couldn't support the son.

Mr. Fezziwig is portrayed as a prosperous, generous man in Charles Dickens' "A Christmas Carol." While he may not be considered extremely wealthy, he is shown to be well-off and able to host grand Christmas parties for his employees. His character represents the spirit of giving and kindness during the holiday season.

Ebenezer Scrooge was portrayed as a bitter, miserly old man who valued money above all else. He despised Christmas, viewing it as a time of foolishness and waste. Belle's husband believes that Scrooge has become consumed by his wealth and is no longer the kind and caring person he once was. He sees Scrooge as selfish and miserly, unable to see the value in relationships and kindness.

He feels they should be working and not scrounging for food and money, and if there isn't work then they should be taken to the workhouses or prisons, a thought that many wealthy people of the time had.

Marley realises that he ignored the issues faced by mankind outside the confines of their counting house. He realises now that he is destined to walk the earth for eternaty that had he cared for his fellow man that things might be different. He wants to communicate this to Scrooge in the lasting hope that he can stop his only friend making the same mistake

"Lucky Boy" is not a character in the play "A Christmas Carol" by Charles Dickens. The main characters in the play are Ebenezer Scrooge, Bob Cratchit, Tiny Tim, and the three ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Yet to Come.

I predict that he has really learned his lesson and that he will change, become closer to his family, and maybe even get married.

It was the Ghost of Christmas Present who alluded to the fact that Scrooge did not recognise him or any of his brothers. This was because Scrooge had not embraced Christmas before. His only close relationship with that we see is when apprenticed to Mr Fezziwig
