depending on your mileage, if you have less than 80,000 miles or car is not older than 8 years old the dealer will actually fix it for free. Honda extended the warranty for that. if not it gets complicated you have to remove the intake manifold and drill out the egr passage then replace the valve.
According to my research, I do not see any aftermarket rear wiper blades available for the 2001-2006 the Acura MDX so most likely it is a dealer-only part, so please see your dealer.
Acura did make a change on the 2007-2010 MDX's and the rear blade is rare and hard to find, however there is a less-expensive aftermarket option called a Trico Exact Fit 12-B. But note, this is only for the 2007+, not the 2001-2006.
