To be honest with you, i dont think you can buy hair, but you can change your hair styles at some certain places. I know two places that you can do this. You can just go to yulgar, go up the stairs , and go in front of the left door to change your hair. Another place i know is that you can go to swordhaven and find the barber shop (forgot where its located, but i know the sign has a scissor.) Once youre in, go infront of the mirror and itll let you change your hair. Not only you can change your hair, but you can also change the color, skin color, and color customize your armor (if the armor says that you can.)

if you are talking about nulgath's betrayal blades, you can get them from different quests from nulgath, who is in tercessuinotlim.

To be honest with you, i dont think you can. You have to buy it in the paladin shop located in lightguard and artix might be able to have another paladin shop where you can buy paladin class (but i forgot where he's located, somewhere in swordhaven maybe.) But thats not all. you also need to have a membership in order to buy it, and im not sure but you might need to have a rank 5 good or doomwood and maybe another thing in your inventory if you want to buy it.

I think that the lucky enhancement, that you get from Cysero in the bathtub in Yulgar, is good, because it helps you with your crits. Really, it depends on what class you're using, like if you use healer, give it some healer enhancements. Get it?
