The AA website gives you the option to download complete timetables. It also provides the option to check various flights, whether they have seating or not. AA Cargo also has full cargo schedules and Widebody schedules to download.
There are two different arrangements.
The domestic aircraft have 22 seats in first class and 166 in coach. First class is 2 seats on either side of a single aisle, and coach has three seats on each side.
International fleet aircraft carry 16 in business class and 166 in coach. Two of these business class seats are normally reserved as crew rest seats.
This question is not specific enough. To find out where AA has nonstop flights to, you must also clarify where you want to fly FROM. All flights need an origin city and destination city. That said, there is no list anywhere (even AA reservation agents don't have one) listing all the Domestic nonstop flights. They only have a list of their International nonstop flights. But they can answer specific questions. Your question (if it relates to Domestic flights) must be answered one city at a time. For example, look online, or call AA or a travel agent and ask "Does AA fly from Dallas to Miami?" if they say yes, then ask your next question, like "Does AA fly from Dallas to St.Louis?" If they say yes, then ask your next question, and on, and on.

It varies depending on the rules of the fare you bought. Sometimes there is no cost at all to change a ticket. Other times it can cost several thousand dollars. Usually, it's $150.00 fee, and very often you must also pay some fare difference between what you originally paid, and what the current fare is. The answer to what YOU will need to pay, to change YOUR ticket, is a phone call away. Just call the airline or travel agency where you bought the ticket, and tell them what kind of change you are wanting to make.

Yes, normally you can get alcoholic beverages on long flights. Typically hard liquor is available. They give you one of the mini-bottles of liquor (which are sometimes called "shooters"), with a soda. They don't serve from large bottles of liquor; just the mini-bottles. Some flights may also serve beer and wine, I'm not sure.
