It is difficult to explain through words, but the easiest way that I can think of is such:

start with closed fists (palm in) with your dominant hand at the dominant side of your chest, your non-dominant hand slightly below that on your non dominant side. quickly move your hands towards each other and flick open your fists.

Do not forget the non manual signals! Your facial expression should also convey a meaning of fear!
