Can a 357 magnum shoot 38 long colt bullets?
No. A .357 Magnum revolver (not an automatic, lever action, or anything else with a headspaced chamber) can fire .38 S&W Special ammo, but not .38 Long Colt.
Can AK47 fire 5.56 mm ammo and 7.62 mm ammo?
No. The AK-47 is only chambered in 7.62x39mm. A 5.56x45mm round would not fit in its chamber. However, the modernized AK-101 is chambered in 5.56mm.
Can a 22 long rifle pistol shoot the 22 hornet ammo?
No. The .22 LR is a straight sided RIMFIRE cartridge. The Hornet is a bottlenecked CENTERFIRE cartridge. The chamber of a Hornet is MUCH bigger- you could not get a Hornet into a .22 LR chamber- and the firing pin would hit in the wrong place.
What is difference between 7.62x38 and 7.62x39 ammo?
The 7.62x39 round is an intermediate rifle round used in rifles like the SKS and more famously in the AK-47 & its variants. The 7.62x38 (technically called the 7.62x38R) is a pistol round used almost exclusively by the M1895 Nagant revolver.
The 7.62x38 is a very distinct round with brass that extends past the bullet so that it can more effectively complete the gas seal which is a major feature of the M1895. The casing is also strait when using surplus ammo, and has a crimp at the end of recently produced ammo. Meanwhile the 7.62x39 -being a rifle round- is much thicker at the base than it is at the bullet allowing for much more powder.
These rounds are NOT interchangeable in in any way. Only because rounds are measured to the end of the brass, the 7.62x38 cartridge is near the the length of the 7.62x39. Without the extra brass the 7.62x38 is more along the lines of a 7.62x25. I hope this answers your question without being technical or talking down.

NO. Unlike the Judge and similar dual caliber handguns, the snake charmer was made for .410 shells ONLY. Bore diameter is too small. It MAY fire a time or two, but the pressures will be greater than the gun was designed for. Eventually it will fail, hurting you.

Yes, shooting an ice bullet is possible but very difficult. In order to shoot an ice bullet one would need to use a specially designed gun that will not create too much heat which can damage the bullet making it impossible to shoot.

Can you put 9mm handgun bullets in a Williams PPK?
Assuming that a Williams PPK is a copy of a Walther PPK, and assuming that it is marked as .380 caliber or 9mm Kurz, and assuming you mean 9x19mm or 9mm Luger, no. You may get the cartridge to fit, but you should not try to fire it. It may even possibly fire, but will probably damage the gun and possibly the shooter.
