I think Inuyasha likes Kagome better, she stays with him, and Kikyo constantly disappears.
I also believe that Inuyasha is more attached to Kagome, but he does not flirt with anyone. Kikyo and Inuyasha had an unhealthy relationship. They had both been deprived of someone to talk to, someone to love and trust them for so long that they latched onto each other. Besides, Kikyo could never fully accept Inuyasha's half-demon side. She wanted him to use the Shikon Jewel shards to become a full human and marry her. Kagome always accepted Inuyasha for who he was, and taught him the healthier ways to love people, as friends or lovers. She never made him choose between the two of them, either, as Kikyo often tried to do.
But, in the end, it's a moot point. Kikyo died and Inuyasha was left with Kagome, whom he married. Who knows who he would have chosen if Kikyo had lived? Well, I mean it would have been difficult for him to choose Kikyo. She died twice, but I feel he would have chosen Kagome, because she never tried to kill him or drag him down to hell with her.
Kikyo also once thought Inuyasha purposedly betrayed her because Inuyasha tried to steal the Shikon Jewel.
Wow that is a lot, but I do want to add something. KIKYO WANTS TO KILL INUYASHA!!! If u remember, all Kikyo wants is to destroy Naraku and drag Inuyasha with her to depths of Hell, and stupid Inuyasha says, Oh... if Kikyo wants it I will do anything.Thanks! i have done some researching out of misty may and dawn. may has the most simarlarties then misty or dawn.
I agree Ash and may are the perfect couple. The others are wrong misty and Dawn are not the right girls, May is.
I personally dis-agree that Ash and May are perfect together. What makes more sense is Misty. Why?
Main reasons why:
1- The hints were more vivid. Advance, Pearl, and the newest, NegaiShipping don't really prove to have vivid hints. They seemed too friendly and brotherly/sisterly, while Ash and Misty got jealous and either got angry and/or blushed when someone would imply they were a couple.
2- "...however the writers in Japan have stated there is a mild crush going on but they are too young to realize their feelings." (Source: http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Shipping:Pok%C3%A9Shipping , under Anime Evidence). The writers ONLY said this about PokéShipping, and not in Pearl or Advance or NegaiShipping.
3- The goodbye of Ash, Misty, and Brock was the only good-bye Ash ever really showed sad emotion to. He never really looked sad when he was leaving May and Dawn. He seemed like himself.
4- Misty gave a couple of things to Ash (the handkerchief and lure) and in the episode "Buizel Your Way Out of This!" he seemed very protective of the lure and did not let Dawn use it. He also introduced the handkerchief in one AG episode (I have no idea which one). The creators didn't have to show those 2 things for no reason.
5- Pikachu is one of the reasons why I support PokéShipping so much. Pikachu always had an instant liking toward Misty, and would always be excited to see her (like in "The Right Place and the Right Mime"). I recall Prof. Oak saying that a Pokémon expresses feelings of the trainer towards the other person. (Also, in the episode "Water Flowers of Cerulean", Pikachu does not want to battle Misty because he likes Misty too much, which I personally loved).
Well, those are my 5 main reasons why I support this shipping (I said MAIN reasons, I have tons of other reasons) and please believe me when I say that I respect all other Shippings, I just particularly support this one.
