Well in an online match, you have a primary target and secondary targets. To kill a secondary target follow the small blue arrows, and once you get close the blue arrow will grow larger and a "beep" sound will be played. Although this is more difficult to locate this target. But to kill another player who isn't your target is not possible unless they are a CPU. BUt once you kill one, you lose your target.

You get it by completing the challenges for the Courtesan guild (The kill 20 guards with crossbow is the French soldiers. You can complete that requirement by going back to Episode 6 and earlier.)

complete all of the "glyphs" found on the walls while in eagle vision. it will show up a right symbol on the wall. each puzzle gives a small clip of the truth. upon beating them all u will see the full clip

From what I can tell its kind of like the red ring of death. If your other games arent working then your ps3 is pretty much dead.

Yes you just go to the pause menu and then go to DNA then you pick which sequence the memory you want to play was in and it will give you a list of missions from that sequence

The bridge of sighs does not exist within Assassins Creed 2.
