The hidden blade as shown within the game is a fantasy weapon. While it may be backed by some mechanical work, designing one with the identical use and look may be impossible.

You cannot level up yourself in AC brootherhood but to improve your health and weapons you must purchase them. You can level up assasin recruits by sending them on missions either at hideouts or pidgeon coops

I will assume you are talking about the ESRB rating that they give games. While Revelations will be most likely rated M that doesn't mean that anyone below the age of 17 can't buy it. In fact, in California their Supreme Court was debating that very concept and decided it would be unconstitutional to restrict it. Happy Playing!

In Assassins Creed I: Sword, Dagger, Throwing Knifes, Hidden Blade, Fists.

In Assassins Creed II: There are 20+ Swords, 10+ Daggers, Throwing Knifes, you can buy Metal Gloves for Fists, Hidden Blade, Dual Hidden Blades (unlocked in game), Flash Bombs to stun enemies, Poison Hidden Blade to disable/distract enemies, throw coins to distract enemies (its in the weapons list).

If you're playing Assassins Creed 1, then you're playing as the legendary Altair. Who has different weapons than Ezio, who you play as in Assassins Creed 2 [my favorite], in this you have: Hidden blades [2], mini pistol, sword, dagger, fists, smoke bombs, and poison blades. All that you can access by selecting the weapon wheel in the game, if you have it!

Ezio is awarded the Borgia Cape. It allows you to do the same thing as with the Auditore Cape. You gain no Notoriety, but are still pursued for breaking the law.

For multiplayer you have to pre-order Assassin's Creed Brotherhood from Gamestop or have bought the Codex edition of the game in order to get the Harlequin.

News of a live action AC movie has been circulating since 2009, but nothing seems to of come to fruition. However, Ubisoft did created an animated clip-art style movie in 2010 to bridge the narrative gap between AC2 and Brotherhood. It was called Assassin's Creed: Ascendance, and can still be purchased for 160 Microsoft Points.
