You need to find the armour of Romulus which you get for finding all the keys in the Secret Locations missions in the DNA menu then using them to unlock the gates underground where the armour is. This is where the gates are and what happens when they're unlocked.

Ezio is the ancestor of Desmond Miles (the main character) who accesses Ezio's memories with the Animus. Ultimately, Ezio establishes the Assassin's Guild in Rome, annihilates the Borgia, and travels east to find out the answers to a letter written by his father, who was also an Assassin before his untimely end. In Revelations, Ezio searches the city of Constantinople, heart of the Ottoman Empire, which has been put under strain by the Templars, who call themselves the Byzantines. Once more, Ezio builds up the Assassin Order with the help of Yusuf Tazim, gathers the 5 mysterious Masyaf Keys with the help of Sofia Sartor to open Altair's library, which reveals the Apple of Eden Altair was in possession of. Ezio finally renounces his life of an Assassin, having spent almost 30 years of his life eliminating Templars. He settles down with Sofia in a Tuscan villa, grew crops to sell, raised two children, and eventually died at "home", in Florence from a heart attack during a visit to the market with Sofia and his daughter.

Strangely, Ezio dies in the same area where his father and brothers were killed during the Pazzi conspiracy.

I'm pretty sure I heard somewhere that Ezio, is a descendant of Altair, because how else could that guy you start the Assassin's Creed 2 game have been both of them in the animus.

Well Assassin's Creed's character Altair is probably the most popular since he in Assassin's Creed:HD,Assassin's Creed:Altair Chronichles,Assassin's Creed,and Assassin's Creed:Bloodlines.However Ezio in Assassin's Creed II is probably better than Altair at most things like he's a better climber,he can sprint across ledges,he can counter early in the game,he can block with the Hidden blade,and the most best of them all Ezio can SWIM!Now all the new weapons,new assassination moves and the Amour of Altair would have made him allot better if Altair wasn't the who invented them.But in Assassin's Creed:HD Altair has weapons like a grappling hook, a crossbow,throwing knifes,Hidden Blade,Sword,and Short Blade.So I'd say Assassin's Creed:HD is better.

Leonardo Da Vinci appears when you find a new codex page. Near the beginning, he is in Florence. He laters leaves and head to Venice. Near the end of the game, he is at your villa.

I am yet to complete this section of the game, but once you have collected all of the glyphs and solved them you will unlock the entire video/scene and be able to watch that. To my knowledge this will unlock "The Truth" about those who went in the Animus before you and failed.

As far as I think NO u cant play it on ATI 9550 because Assasin creed requires pixel shader model 3.0 whereas ATI 9550 only supports pixel shader 2.0. I also have this card but I couldn't play it .

all the codex pages you find must be taken to Leonardo davinci to decode them. unless you mean when you have all of them on the wall, use eagle vision and turn the pages so that they form a map of the world.

You can get both Altair's robes and armor by going to the main menu and selecting Uplay. From their select Rewards and then assassin's creed brotherhood. From there you should see Altair's armor and robes which you can buy if you have enough points.
