Underneath, basically in the middle. It's about 18" long and as wide as a larger oil filter. It is a 1979. I need more claarification. my 580 is on right side up where the pin holds front bucket on, its under right lift arm 3inches dia foot long with nut being the bottom of filter holder large nut one & half inch approx. mine is the b with ck hoe. call 785 640 3207 if the b is correct hoe and send a photo.

power shuttle fluid level is critical in movement of the hoe. If t is low even a little bit it wont move. if level is ok then check the filter in the shuttle pan for debris and being clogged.
