Of course, if you train hard enough.
Ballet barres are basically long poles made of wood, plastic, or metal that ballet dancers use during the beginning portion of class known as "barre." They are used a support for the dancer when they are learning, although you are not supposed to rely on the barre too much.
Ballet barres are often attached along the walls of a studio, but are also freestanding.
How do you become a ballerina?
You have to lake lessons, studio or private lessons (recommended for best learning) You have to train HARD, about and hour a day if you want to be sucessful. Usually the ballerinas today started when they were very young (For best results start between the ages 3-8). You have to try your best to never take a break or miss a practice, everything counts! When you are older (18+) hopefully you have practiced Ballet for a minimum of 8 yrs. you must get discovered by signing up with a Ballet Company (example: American Ballet Theatre), you may be turned down but never lose hope, come back in a few months and try again, they will be convinced sooner or later! You will start with being in the "Corps de Ballet" Background dancers (Do some research for more info). The Ballerina is the main dancer and center of attention, so you have to go through about 2-3 levels in skill. Hope that answers your question, if you have a dream to become a Ballerina one day-- I hope you try your best!

Neoclassical ballet is a type of ballet formed by George Balanchine and is "American ballet" (like Vagonava is Russian Ballet).
This type of ballet makes everything bigger and grander so instead of small controlled jumps, for example, in Balachine/neoclassical ballet, there would be huge jumps. Another example is when you finish a pirouette in fourth position, some styles have you end in a small fourth, but in neoclassical ballet, you land in a wide fourth with arms lengthened and "reaching."

Is a group of Flamingos called a Ballet?
No, I don't know where you got that idea, but a group of flamingos is called a flock.
A grand jete is a dance step, most commonly used in ballet. There are many ways to approach the step, but the most common is either to start with a chasse (step out with one foot, then "chase" that foot with the other, pushing the first out again) step out with the front foot, then cross over with the other, and use that one to PUSH off the ground. Make sure your legs are straight, and chances are, you won't get into splits while you are up there the first time, although that is the main goal. Also remember, up, not out Don't try to go far out, try to get high in the air, in an attempt to hit the ceiling :)
The other way to approach this is far more "balletish" with more ballet steps involved. This goes like this; tombe, pas de bourree, glissade, grand jete. If you are educated in ballet, you may know these steps, but or else, you can look at the related link.
5-6 are intermediate, 7-8 are middle school, and 9-12 are high school.
