Ball is hit behind batter and spins to the front of batte fair or foul?

It depends on where the ball is when the catcher catches it. The fact that the ball hit the plate does not matter one bit. It doesn't even matter where the catcher himself is when he catches it. If the ball is in or over fair territory it is fair, if the ball is in or over foul territory it is foul.

Bases are loaded ground ball to third the throw goes home for a force out the catcher throws back to third base is it a force or a tag play?

The run does not count. This is a force out, not a "time" play. The tag by SS on runner going to 3rd is still a force. Regardless, the throw to 2nd is force out for the 3rd out. No run can score on a play in which the 3rd out is a force out. The time when the runner touches home is irrelevant. If the 3rd out was a "tag" play (not a force), then the run would count since the runner touched home before the 3rd out.

In some ways, 1st base can mean boyfriend girlfriend, 2nd base can mean kissing, 3rd base can mean making out, and home run can mean... well.... you know.

I think the most common version is:

1st = Kissing

2nd = Touching (Cloths Fully On)

3rd = Touching (Under Cloths, Below)

4th (Home Run) = You Can Guess

Is a check swing a strike in the rule book?

Incredibly, neither the baseball rule book nor the umpires' manual contains a written definition of a check swing. The generally accepted rule of thumb is that you need to break the plane of the front of home plate with your wrists and at least part of the barrel of the bat. But because there's no actual definition, in practice a check swing is whatever the home plate umpire says it is.

AnswerIt's extremely subjective; each umpire has his own guidelines. Some will call a strike if the wrists break, others will call a strike depending on how far the bat goes, and still others go by whatever they judge the batter's intent to have been. AnswerUmpires should address this as a judgment call, based on whether or not the feel that the batter intended to offer at the pitch.

Does catcher have to throw at base that is being stealed on?

No, the catcher (or any other player) can choose not to throw to a base at any time, regardless of whether a runner is going there. If the catcher knows he can't get a stealing runner out, he will most likely not throw to avoid the risk of an error.

Can you slide head first in to second base in little league?

Yes. There is no MLB rule that prohibits sliding or diving head first into any base.

Is it a force out at second base if the out at first occurs before the out at second?

No. Any base runner that gets on base and scores is charged to the pitcher that pitched to him, regardless whether the batter reached base by a force out, error, catcher's interference, etc.

How wide is a strike zone?

In MLB, this is covered in Rule 2.0: "The Strike Zone is defined as that area over homeplate the upper limit of which is a horizontal line at the midpoint between the top of the shoulders and the top of the uniform pants, and the lower level is a line at the hollow beneath the kneecap. The Strike Zone shall be determined from the batter's stance as the batter is prepared to swing at a pitched ball." Home plate is 17 inches wide.

When did a walk count as hit?

Neither. It is recorded as a "hit by pitched ball". The batter is not charged with an "At Bat", and is awarded first base, all other runners, if forced, advance one base, if not forced they remain on the base they occupied. The ball is declared "dead" by the umpire and baserunners may not advance unless forced.
