Bears

The black bears of western British Columbia's Islands often have white individuals in the population, around 30% of the black bears here are white. They can be born to black parents, and are not a seperate species. The general color is an off white, creamy color.

There are many animals besides bears that go into hibernation every year. Some species of bat hibernate as do hedgehog, squirrel, dormice and even some birds.

Just give it room,rest,and lots of comfort,but remember this,there leg or foot will swell before it gets better.

Bears eat salmon they catch while the salmon are traveling upstream to their spawning grounds. The 'spawning run' for most North American salmon species starts in late spring or early summer and ends in the fall, October or November, in most spawning grounds.

most bears are omnivores that is they Will eat vegetation as well as hunt for and eat other animals or fish. Bears are mammals as they are warm blooded give birth to live young and suckle them wile they are to young to look after themselves. Yust like humans.

Pandas are also mammals the Giant Panda's diet is 99% bamboo. and it also eats honey, eggs, fish, yams, shrub leaves, oranges, and bananas when available.

Yes it is. The black bear and polar bear share the same Genus name (Ursus). However, all three species of bears share the same Family name, being Ursidae.

Usually when the weather gets cold, they are triggered to hibernate. That's the most logical reason anyway. It may have to do with a some sort of chemical reaction the cold weather does, but most likely it's just an instinct.

According to a "Making of" documentary for Dr Dolittle 2, yes they are.

But they have been impossible to find online, I actually found this question in typing my own: "Are Pacific Western Bears Real?" due to my lack of finding any information (a reviewer who is an animal expert claimed never to have heard of such a bear subspecies name, knowing only of Black, Polar and Grizzly beats. But he did note that there are many subspecies and so on).

Hibernating bears produce feces but do not defecate. They produce something called fecal (or poop) plug which they drop when they leave the den.

For black bears and grizzly bears, from spring to fall, with heightened periods when bears come out of hibernation and when they're fattening up for hibernation. For polar bears, it can be any time of the year.

For cats, it is until they reach physical maturity. Tigers reach physical maturity at 17-24 months, but I don't know about cheetahs; it's usually about the same time for most cats.
