If it is completely disassembled, I would do it in the following order:

1 - Seat post and saddle so you can clamp it into a work stand without fouling cables

2 - Main bearings (bottom bracket, headset)

3 - Forks, stem and handlebars

4 - Cranks and chainset

5 - Front and rear derailleurs

6 - Brake calipers/cantilievers

7 - Brake/gear levers and grips

8 - Cables (you should be able to adjust them correctly without the chain on)

9 - Chain

10 - Pedals (so you can spin the cranks easily!)

11 - Wheels/tubes/tyres

11 - Adjust!

Of course there is far more to it than that summary, but that would require an entire book.

It's a thing that sits below the handlebar and is connected to the brake wires. WIth a gyro you can turn the handlebar a full turn w/o the brake wires getting all tangled up.

I recentley got a Diamond Back Joker bike and I like it. It has a nice weight and it is good for medium-sized riders hoping to advance a little more in the BMX world. I recomend this bike to whoever is medium-sized and ready to advance in their skills.

Sounds like the freewheel (the clutch prom). You need a special tool to remove it in order to be able to replace it with a new one you can find the tool at a shop near you most of all have them

It´s the Stem, it holds the bars and match with the frame with the help of a headset.

If the bike is complete right now, easiest thing is to read on the tire sidewalls. Somewhere there should be embossed the tire size. You can usually go a bit either wider or narrower on the same rims, but you can't change diameter.

If you find them, use the millimeter size. Inch sizes can sometimes be misleading, with several different sizes using the same numbers. There's about five different 26" for isntance which can't be mixed.

First of all, learn how to spell the word 'sponsor'.

You've got to understand that when a company sponsors you, they are investing in you, as a walking, talking, bmxing advertisement. This means that there is more to being sponsored than just being good. Some ways to get sponsored are winning or impressing talent scouts in competitions, or sending off 'sponsor me' tapes, or putting them on youtube. You have to make the company feel like once they sponsor you, they will see a significant rise in sales or popularity, so show them how you would constantly wear their shirts, talk about them, reccomend them and use their parts.

However, how this may be your goal, i definitely WOULD NEVER want anyone to just set out to be sponsored, you will have some dissapointment if you end up sponsored, even more dissapointment if you don't end up sponsored, and lose your core love and interst for BMX along the way.

The people who enjoy and get the most out of being sponsored are those who don't even set out to be sponsored, such as Garret Reynolds and Chad Kerley.

20" or 24" wheel bikes may be suitable. 24" bikes will be better for getting around but are not true BMX's (street trick or dirt race bikes)

True BMX bikes are measured in Top Tube Length- all BMX's hav00e approximately the same standover.

24" BMX bikes are considered "dirt cruisers" with the exception of a handful of street trick bikes made for adults over 6'

I'm sorta confused by what you mean by this, but it hasn't been answered yet so ill try and help.

I mean, all bikes can have breaks i think, im kind of thinking you are talking about fixed gears, (single speeds, fixies, etc) which are often seen with no breaks, or sometimes only a front break. the reason for this is that for a fixed gear a back break is redundant. fixed gear riders stop by stopping the forward motion of the bike by pushing backwards. this uses the law of motion that an object in motion must stop before changing direction. thus, by trying to make the bike go backwards, it will stop before it ever does.

because a fixed gear can do this, having a back break is just weird.

however, you can by all means put a back break on one. i have a motobecane messenger which is fixed/free wheel convertable and it came with a front and back break kit. i have mine fixed, and only the front break on which is all i need for riding around the city. my friend has the same bike and has it on free wheel so he can coast, and its still a road bike, and yes, he has both breaks on.

so short answer, yes they can.

free wheel road bikes, i recommend a back and front break

fixed gear bikes.. you don't really need a back break. i recommend having the front though for emergencies.

This person is talking about backbreak bikes. These are breaks that are activated by peddling backwards on your bike. Most childhood bikes had these kinds of breaks. I think they're better than handbreaks because your legs are stronger and give you more breaking power. And, yes, some manufacturers do make backbreak bikes.

Red looks great with carmel,purple,navy,some grays and nudes.Personally i think gold,olive green,tan,orange,and black.If you want more lighter and brighter colors then yellow,pink,torquoise,bright purple,orange,and white.Also navy,and hot pink could be a good choise.If you chose green then make sure its a olive green if not it looks like christmas colors.Olive green looks really good with red and if you dont belive me then look it up.All these colors are amazing with red.

It's ok I have one. The only problem is that it's kinda heavy so I suggest you use it for vert rather then street. But otherwhise really, really exilent!!!! I love mine but the brakes suck like a vacume!!!!!!

It got popular enough to be requested, and it fulfilled the requirements for an olympic sport, with national and international organization and competitions, so it got added to the list.

Sure you can. If it has external gears they may become clogged with snow during certain temperatures. If you've got SPD pedals they too can become clogged. If you're using rim brakes, expect braking ability to be poor. If it's really cold the freewheel mechanism may refuse to engage leaving you with no drive. If you've lubed your brake/shifter cables, or maybe gotten water in them they too can become stuck in severe cold. If you've got a suspension fork/seat post/frame, expect it to become a lot stiffer in cold conditions. Don't worry though, all these problems will clear when tha bike gets warm again.

One issue is tire pattern, for snow you want a fairly open pattern with big studs. What works in mud usually performs OK in snow as well.

Depending on how firm the snow is you might get better traction and control by letting out as much air as possible out ot tie tires w/o bottoming out. This widens your footprint and might be enough to keep you on the snow as opposed to sinking through and bogging down.

Don't forget to dress sensibly. Bring an extra sweater so you won't get cold if the ride takes longer than expected.

By measuring one's head size and referencing a manufacturer's chart, one can determine the best fit.

Bmx's don't come in sizes. They are all one size.

The question is a bit unclear. Usually it's not the fork that's integrated, but the headset. And integrated headsets will only fit in a special kind of head tube not usually found on a standard frame. Forks OTOH can usually take more than one type of headsets.

only if the stem will work for the fork there are two kinds of forks 1 inch have what is called a goose neck stem. which you can find some low end mountain bikes and also little kids bikes. then there's the regular stem which has to be tighten down on the fork itself it doesn't go into like on the goose neck stems but if you get the right stem for the right fork it will work if you still don't understand my explanation theres alot of bike shops that will also show you the difference

I like MirraCo Bikes. I have an 07 FiveStar Park that's pretty much indestructible. Their frame designs, albeit a little heavy when fully equipped with pegs, brakes, etc., are tough. I'm yet to hurt my bike, I've had it for a few years now, and it's completely stock expect for the seat and pegs.

In short, yes. They're good bikes, especially for the price. But note, it also depends on how abusive you are to it. Like anything, if you're trying to break it, you probably will ;)
