Its not the chlorine that you have to worry about. Pools, lakes, oceans, hot tubs, and any other body of water are filthy. All of that bacteria is terrible for a new piercing so you'll have to wait at least 2-3 months or risk infection.

Industrials can be tricky to heal. You can go to your piercer to change it once the swelling goes down. YOu can change it yourself after 2-3 months. Industrials can take a very long time to heal completely.

If the swelling as gone down and the bar is so long that it gets hit often, you can go to your piercer for a shorter one. Other than that, wait at least 2-3 months.

Put rubbing alcohol on it. put it in the cap and move your hair back and pour it on to the infected peircing. and dont freak out when you see bubbly white stuff coming out! thats the bacteria coming out of your peircing.

They don't. Navel piercings tend to be pretty low on the pain scale though. The soreness that comes with healing will most likely be more bothersome than the actual piercing.

You wanna wait at least 3 months to start stretching. You don't want to wear plastic plugs or tunnels but tapers are fine only because you don't wear them. Never leave a taper in after stretching because it'll make a thin spot in your lobe because of the uneven weight.

I played the trombone and I think it would be rather hard to get the correct vibrations from your lips if you had the snakebite. Even if you could still play it would take a few months until you were healed enough to even attempt.

Ask around to get the names and then do research to pick the best shop. Don't get it gunned. It could shatter your cartilage and cause infection etc.

Technically, if its a ring, sure but keep in mind ur lip may be thicker then ur nose, u don't want to constrict ur lip and cause any problems, possibly best to just get a lip ring.

Depends on the age of the piercing, the gauge, and just how your body heals. Most do close but they leave scars.

In most places, you have to be 18 years old. If you are younger, then you need parental consent. But I highly suggest researching getting a piercing before you decide that's what you want.
