You tell him to get lost the only reason he wants you back now is because he cant have you if you have a new guy. Im telling you nothing has changed if you take him back he will leave you again for the same reason he left the first time. Hes just jealous and now that it has become a challenge to have you he wants to win that challenge just for the sake of it.

Technically, yes. But it all depends on who your separated from. Even if you consider it alright, if this person's jealous or possessive or anything to that effect, then they might think of it as an affair.

Maybe all he wants is to be friends? Just because you didnt work out as a couple, doesnt mean he doesnt still think of you as a friend. If you, however, dont feel the same it would be best to tell him. It also depends though, on if he still flirts. Or if when he calls you all he wants to do is think about 'old times'. This probably means he's not over you.

Let him break up with you... if this is the line he's feeding you, it obviously IS him and not you!!! Then go do something drastic with your hair, or buy a new (inexpensive - no man is worth going into debt for) outfit to make you feel better. It's not that it's used to get your ex back more than it is in fixing your desperate feelings. When you break up, you make mistakes by begging, pleading, promising for a better future and that you have changed. When you go no contact, it's better to utilize the time to better your life... workout.. go for a promotion.. reconnect with friendships.. go on trips.. whatever your heart desires to help you grow and stop the feelings of hopelessness. This time is about you and fixing your heart. The relationship as it was is dead and over. 30 to 60 days of you not contacting first is a good plan to accomplish these goals. Then if you feel as if there is a change in you and you want to reconnect.. then by all means do it. You should be stronger, wiser, and have grown where desperation and hopelessness has vanished. A new relationship can be reborn out of the new person.

But to answer your question in one sentence? No. It works from inside you to bring that person back to the table.. the one you were that attracted them in the first place.

You are making a bad mistake in second guessing your girlfriend. Learn how to communicate and simply sit down with your girlfriend and ask her if she is happy with you or not. She could be worried about something or depressed. Second guessing just gets you into trouble. The sooner you learn to communicate and express your feelings to her the better things will go. If she should tell you that yes, she likes someone else then that is another thing we all have to deal with .... rejection. Although it is hurtful it's not the end of the world. Everyone's lives take some bumpy paths, but, in the end you will be the winner and find that special someone that you deserve. It all evens out in the end.

Well, this is kind of hard, but let me tell you something. Four boys are absolutely insane for me right now, and they will not stop talking to me. One of them is my boyfriend who I love so much I can't even tell you, and the other three know about our relationship. I am friends with them, and if your boy is so protective of you, like mine, be happy because of that. He will hurt anyone that flirts with me because he cares about our relationship that's serious, but mostly, he cares about me. If he's protective, it's tricky, but you CAN do it somehow. If your boy doesn't care, then it's super simple! Oh, by the way, if he's that way maybe consider finding out more information about why he doesn't care.

I know it's painful for you, but she has decided she needs some space. It could be she just wants her freedom to better herself as far as education, a career, traveling or just to expand her horizons before she settles down. You are going to have to honor her wishes on this one. She was honest enough to tell you to your face and not cheat on you (which is really something these days.) I doubt it's anything you did so don't beat yourself up over it. I know it doesn't sound helpful to tell you to start going out with friends and hopefully start dating other girls. Just because your ex girlfriend wants some space to think over her life, doesn't mean she won't come back to you in the future. Sometimes people think the grass is greener on the other side of the fence and 9 chances out of 10 it isn't. She may come to realize this so get on with your life and perhaps she'll come back.
