That would be King Edward III who reigned from 1327 to 1377. Since it specifies the years of his reign, it is most likely some form of commemorative token.

Unless it is made from a precious metal, it is probably worth only a few pence.

The States of Jersey, Island of Jersey, Bailiwick of Jersey One Twelfth of a Shilling coin was issued variously from 1877 to 1966.

As the name of the coin suggests, it is One Twelfth of a Shilling, or a Penny.

The collector value of any of these coins would depend on the year and the condition.

Pence is the alternative plural of penny i.e.one penny,two pence (or two pennies).

As the stable data of the British people were altered in the early 1970's decimalisation of British coinage,it seems that they could not bring themselves to use the word "penny " for one New Penny (2.4times one "old penny" yet much smaller in size), especially when they realised that what used to cost one "old" penny (then 1/240th of a pound) would soon cost 2.4 times ,more through inflational stealth, as these "New Pence" were introduced.. It wouldn't say Victoria and be dated 1909 because Victoria died in 1901.

Also the motto is on ALL British coins so it doesn't help ID anything.

There was no 1955 British Crown (Five Shillings) minted. You possibly refer to the 1953 "Coronation" Crown.
