Chuck Norris is professional world champion fighter (meaning his fights are rules based and have no depiction of a real fight). Bruce Lee on the hand is not a professional fighter but is known as the greatest fighter on earth, and taught Chuck Norris. Bruce lee was so fast that he could punch and kick an inch from someone's face and return to the ready position, before the person even moved (see the Bruce Lee interview on youtube). He also played Table Tennis against 2 opponents, with Nun Chucks (also on youtube) AND WON. Neither Chuck Norris, nor his beard, have a chance in hell to beat Bruce Lee.

The world of Chinese Kung Fu, especially the Shaolin temple, has produced several men and women who in fact surpassed Lee in terms of skill, however, all those men and women had the good fortune of being able to live long enough to be able to train in Kung Fu for 40 years of their lives or more. Hung Hei Kung, the founder of Hung Gar Chuan, can easily be considered as a better fighter than Bruce Lee back when he was alive. Same with the legendary Wong Fei Hung, one of the "ten tigers of Canton." Could Bruce Lee beat anybody? When he was alive, sure; however he was alive in a time period where there weren't many masters left in the world, not even China. Certainly Lee would not have been able to beat Yim Wing Chun, the lady who created the fighting style he practiced; Yim Wing Chun, eventually became a master in her own right. You know that coin trick Lee is famous for? Yim Wing Chun was the one who invented it; she was doing it before Bruce Lee was even born. Also, the coin trick is the trademark of all Wing Chun experts; the martial art is known for its prodigious hand speed, I've even said myself on yahoo answers, the fastest fists in martial arts belong to Wing Chun experts. Properly trained ones from genuine lineage schools. If by "everyone else" you mean, everyone in America who does martial arts, probably; the man trained like a fanatic. I find that I must add; Bruce Lee (the famous martial artist) is dead, deceased, no longer alive - as such the chances of his corpse arising from the grave and trouncing anyone is, by the laws of probability, 1 to the infinite minus 1 against (Although I'm sure Ghosthunters will be there if he does).
