Seriously, I've been down the same path, it's not fun. You aren't fat, you don't need to lose 20 pounds. If you really, really, want to lose it, don't be stupid - just make good decisions! Want a snack? Just eat an apple. Apples encourage weight loss. As for meals? EAT NORMALLY. I'm dead serious, don't starve yourself.
