First you need to buy the right hub assembly. make sure its the correct one for your engine size and drive train. You need to know if you have a 2wd, 4wd or awd and what engine size 6, 6 flex, or 8 cylinder.
Next pull the wheel, just like changing a tire, then pull the brake caliper. This is achieved by removing the two mounting bolts. Dont press the brake petal with the caliper off, EVER. next use a small hand sledge and tap the rotor off. Tap the corner never the breaking surface. once the rotor is off you need to remove the large nut. there is a stamped metal cover over the nut you need to remove. with the large nut off, locate and remove the three bolts that hold the hub on from behind. unplug the abs sensor and remove the hub.
Drop in the new hub, bolt it in, connect the abs sensor, replace the large nut. The large nut needs to be torqued to about 180 to 200 ft/lbs. if you don't get this nut tight enough it will mess up your steering. replace the cover on the nut. put the rotor back on. This is now a good time to replace you brake pads, if needed. Reinstall the caliper and the tire.
Hope this helps
Begin by removing the connector from the back of your 2000 Cadillac Escalade tail light assembly. Remove the turn signal lightbulb. Reverse the process to install your new lightbulb.
Lower the left, driver side exhaust pipe from the manifold, dont have to take all way out just undo three nuts from exhaust manifold, and three at rear of pipe, slide pipe to rear and possibly drob cross bracket below starter, I didn't have to but makes it easier, then just undo the two starter bolts and two wires from starter, and it will roll out between engine and frame.
