Sometimes the slowest kid will get tagged a lot because they are easier to catch and not be caught by, we would sometimes use a rule where you could not tag the person who tagged you and that would keep things a little more fair. Its good exercise and a heck of a lot better than sitting in front of the TV or computer.

First of all use the killstreaks harrier, chopper gunner, and tactical nuke (of course). Then, personally, i use a silenced assault weapon since most of them are all purpose. Then i use scavenger, stopping power, and commando in case someone sneaks up on you. If you want to get one fast you should probably camp, unfortunately.

First you need access to One, Two and Three Islands. On One Island, go to the right until you reach water. Surf up the map and you'll find land again. Keep going up, there's grass and people to battle along the way, and the first cave you reach (hot springs) contains a healing place. Once out of that cave, you'll see water on the left. Surf up the map again and work your way up the mountain. At the top of the mountain is Moltres. Be sure to save the game before you attempt to catch it, and have plenty of pokeballs.

You unlock it at level 42 and I suggest getting akimbo with it.
