In my opinion it is the MSR sniper. It has a slow fire rate and it is bolt-action, but it is always a one hit kill in hardcore and is almost always a one shot kill in core if it is an accurate or close range shot

With each new edition the games are becoming more refined regarding realism. Factoring the heavier weight of chosen equipment slows a player, takes a fraction of a second more to raise their weapon or seeing other players approaching shadows and hearing footsteps or gunfire getting closer enhances the game especially in a multi-player environment. Other refinements that minimize lag time also make for a better experience.

The method you level up and score is also different. Personally, I believe Black Ops 2 to be the better.

Technical advances not included, player preferences will differ. There is a variety of maps/environments/places the battle takes place in MW3. The BO2 maps to date are largely generic industrial facilities but some newer maps are addressing this weakness.

Last, if you like playing muliti-player matches but are alone and without an internet connection, you can only play the campaign in MW3 or walk/run around all your maps. BO2 has artificial intelligence (AI) players who's skills can be adjusted to yours that will make up the rest of your team and all of the enemies so you can practice and play all the maps you own without any need to be online or even on a local network.

I think that even though the maps are weaker, the improvement in play, better level ups and scoring and the option of being able to experience multi-player matches without an internet connection make BO2 the better game.

lol the below answer is not true, and obviously made up. fact is this is a myth and has actually never been seen by any zoologist, although some speculate that if this does happen it's probably only happens in the dry season, since fire can spread quickly at that time, and the rhino reacts on instinct to put out small brush fires to keep what little food sources there are from burning up.

Every machine pistol and handgun can be akimbo. No SMG's or shotguns can be akimbo in MW3.

modern warefare 3 later on when the price goes down or used on ebay. because mw3 has a better story line and the mutlipalyer is the same but the guns are better and it has a new mode that is when a bunch of enimies come in waves and you kill them in waves to get better guns, power ups and ammo. also the mw3 xbox 360 console is better than the mw2 console by a longshot. also mw3 has a custom bluetooth headset for chatting online.
