After that, Price brings down Makarovs escape chopper, it crashed with Price and Makarov in it, then something similar to the MW2 ending happens, and as Makarov is about to shoot Price, Yuri appears and shoots Makarov, who responds by headshotting Yuri, and thats the last you see of him.
