If it's one board and the measurement is too long, you can cut the board again.
If it's one board and the measurement is too short, the board can't be used in that place. This doesn't mean the board is bad, just that it won't fit where you wanted to put it. You can save that board and use it somewhere else.
If it's a large area you measured wrong, the effect depends on how you measured it wrong.

well depending on where you choose to work and what type of projects you incur, it can range anywhere from around 36/hr to over 100. I am working for my journeyman's ticket and it should only be a matter of a year or so. I figure i can take home a pretty decent income working for my dad in the real estate market. Buying and selling homes gives you direct control over the potential amount of return.
