Casey Anthony Trial

Following the death of her daughter, Caylee, Casey Anthony has accomplished two positive things. These include the acknowledgement of living an impractical, unhinged life, and the acknowledgement of Caylee being her biggest accomplishment.

From the maps on the link below it appears that the wooded area is about .4 miles from the Anthony home. The red line arrow on the first map, from the circled area to the wooded area is .4 miles and if you swing the area down to the Anthony home, it appears to be about the same distance. The second map on the page, also show the location of where the car was abandoned in the Amscot parking lot; also not too far from the Anthony home.

Casey Anthony can't be retried for the death of her child. The US Constitution forbids 'double jeopardy', that is prosecuting a person twice for the same offence.

Casey Anthony will not be sentenced, unless convicted, when the jury reaches a verdict in the case. If the trial goes according to plan, it should conclude sometime in July 2011.

According to a jury of her peers, she was pronounced not guilty in the death of her daughter on July 5, 2011.

She was found guilty on four counts of providing false information to a law enforcement officer. She will be sentenced on those charges on July 7, 2011.

Though their is no solid evidence that Casey killed her daughter,

it is believe that if she did kill her, it was because she wanted to live a responsibility free lifestyle, in which she can party and be with friends, without carrying the burden of a child.

Caylee Anthony's birth name is Caylee Marie Anthony.

I think so because when they atttempt murder, the are staying in jail less than usual. i think they should get the death penalty if that happens.

Casey was the last one to be seen with Caylee alive which was proven by Casey's friends, her father and during police intergation when claiming she dropped Caylee off at her nanny's home. When Caylee's remains were found not to far from the Anthony's home she was found in a laundry bag which Cindy Casey's mother claimed to be missing a laundry bag, there was duck tape found on Caylee's mouth which same brand of duck tape was in the Anthony's garage, a winnie the pooh blanket that matched the rest of Caylee's bedding set in her room, along with Casey's car the truck smelling like death but was dissputed by her defense team saying it was the garbage that was in the truck of her car, I believe she did kill her daughter but while Caylee was missing Florida had a hurricane and were Caylee's remains were found I believe from sitting in the water cause that area was flooded didn't help with erasing alot of the evidence needed to prove Casey did it. so wasn't really proven for sure how she was killed. even though the duck tape on the mouth should of been a dead give away. alot of speculation's that cloriform was used but was only alittle in the trunk of her car but just wasn't enough to prove she did it. or atleast that is how the jury say it!

As far as I know, Casey Anthony did not have a criminal record before the death of Caylee.

They probably don't want cards or letters.

Casey Anthony pled 'Not Guilty' and was brought to stand trial in the death of her daughter. She was acquitted of all charges relating to the death of her daughter by a jury on July 5, 2011. Acquitted does not equal innocent, it means that the jury did not find the evidence sufficient to convict her. The only person who knows how Caylee died is not talking and even if she did, no one would really believe her. Casey Anthony is on official record as a liar and a story teller. The same jury did convict her of lying, for which she received a sentence of four years in jail.

Casey Anthony's arrest affidavit dated 9/15/08 states her height as 5'02".

Caylee's mother, Casey Anthony was born in Warren, Ohio.

He is Judge Belvin Perry, chief judge of Florida's Ninth Judicial Circuit.

No evidence has been provided by the prosecution that she did purchase chloroform. They have shown that she researched chloroform on the computer and evidence that chloroform residue was present in her car. The information that she looked up on the computer was how to make chloroform.
