Brangus heifers reach sexual maturity at around 15 months of age, so this is a good time to breed them. Brangus bulls can be used by the time they are yearlings (~12 months of age).
What is the brown cow with a white head?
Producers commonly call this type of cow a red-white-face or a red-baldy. However, modern-day Simmentals have this colouration, especially the Fleckvieh-type Simmentals. Cows of this colour pattern are primarily beef cows. It's not common to have a dairy cow with this sort of colouration, even though Simmentals have been used in Switzerland as a dual purpose animal: for beef and milk.

Brockle-faced cows are cows that have white faces with several patches of the same coat color on its face. Most brockle-faced cattle come about from an Angus- or Red Angus-Hereford cross, or cattle with the genetics for the "incomplete" white-face trait. It is one of many neat coat colorations found in cattle, because no one brockle-faced bovine is alike!

What are the disadvantages of limousin cattle?
Most are notorious for being flighty, nervous and aggressive towards their handlers. Limousin are also not known to have good marbling, a quality which is sought after in the North American beef market, even though they have other good carcass quality characteristics like a higher muscle:bone ratio than other breeds like Angus. Limousin are not early maturing animals, which means that most heifers reach puberty by the time they are 15 months of age, not the average-to-early puberty of Angus or Gelbvieh, respectively, which reaches maturity at 9 to 12 months of age, respectively. Along with the late maturity, Limousins also have a longer gestation period. Their hardiness, and efficiency under minimal management is average, less desirable than other tougher breeds like Herefords and Angus which do very well in ranch-like conditions. Lastly, Limousins are not considered a good maternal breed to use in crossbreeding programs, and are best used as rotational and terminal sires (primarily terminal like Charolais).
How did the Speckle Park breed originate?
It all started with a red roan heifer that became a cow that gave birth to a calf with the same colour pattern no matter what breed of bull she was bred to. Mary Lindsay of Greenstreet, Saskatchewan, had spotted this red roan heifer in her father's herd and decided to buy her and breed her to see what offspring she produced.
Bill and Eillen Lamont of Maidstone Saskatchewan thought that the speckled cattle would go well with their Angus herd and Appaloosa horses they were already currently raising on their ranch. They bought their first speckled heifer from Mary in 1959 and began crossing her with the Angus bulls they had in their herd. Of course, the thoughts of creating the breed came later, as they observed the interesting colour patterns that came from breeding their speckled cows with their Angus bulls. As this interest grew, they decided to create a breed, thus named Speckle Park.
From the Canadian Speckle Park Association website on Breed History (link posted below):
"Interest in the cattle grew, not only with cattlemen but also the press. A trio of Speckle Park steers made the trip to the Royal Winter Fair in Toronto in 1972. They were featured in Case International Publications under a section on 'Minority Breeds in Canada.' Around 1983 Lloyd Pickard, a cattle promoter and Angus breeder from Alberta, included a few pages about the Speckle Park in his book '100 Years of Angus in Canada.'
"In 1985 Speckle Park breeders representing nine different herds met to form The Speckle Park Breeders Association. The Association was subsequently renamed The Canadian Speckle Park Association.
"In 1993 Agriculture Canada granted approval for the Canadian Speckle Park Association to become incorporated under the terms of the Canadian Animal Pedigree Act for the purpose developing Speckle Park cattle as an evolving breed. On Feb. 14, 1995, ministerial approval was granted for the Canadian Speckle Park Association's first set of by-laws.
"On July 6, 2006, the Canadian Speckle Park Association's Articles of Incorporation were amended to the effect that Speckle Park became a distinct breed of purebred cattle according to the terms of the Canadian Animal Pedigree Act. A few days later the carcass of another Speckle Park steer was awarded the championship at a major all-breed carcass competition in Calgary, Alberta."
How do you create a new synthetic cattle breed using 3 different breeds?
Well, there really is no such thing as a "synthetic breed," for one. But to create a breed, you need to breed up the best females and bulls together until you create an animal that produces offspring that is uniform to itself, and not going to be variable like in a cross-breeding program. This will not take a few months, this will take probably 10 to 20 years to accomplish, especially if you are working with 3 breeds and are doing this by yourself.

What do you mean by artifical incamination?
There's no such thing as "artificial incamination." You are obviously referring to artificial insemination, which means that semen is taken from a male by humans, stored into semen straws, then "given" to the female by use of a dispenser called an AI gun, which is inserted into the female's vagina, through the cervix into the uterus, and the semen is deposited there. AI makes use of semen from selected males (more often from proven sires) to be used to breed females that are selected for genetic improvements. AI is commonly used in the porcine, dairy, equine and turkey industry, but is gaining ground in the beef breeding industry as well.
