What is the character of the cheetah?
Fairly Mild. As a smaller cat compared to other African Big Cats it's tends to be less aggressive, I assume you are asking about temperament when around humans? If so there a very few cases of attack or injury by a cheetah as the animals does not have much need to be aggressive in nature. Many people keep Cheetahs as pets (Although I would strongly like to advise you otherwise, not only are they incredibly expensive to keep they are also still a dangerous predator regardless of how cute and fluffy they appear) I also believe many Cheetahs were domesticated by African tribes and by some kings to help with hunting before guns were made available. Hope this helps

Females have multiple estrous cycles per year. Each cycle lasts for about 12 days, with the female being fertile for one to three of these days. They can breed year round, but breeding is most common between March and June. The gestation period is 90-95 days, producing (usually) 2 to 5 young. The young are gray with a mane of hair down their backs that will gradually disappear after a few months. At first, the young hunt alone, and many will be killed by predators while doing so. After about six weeks, the surviving cubs follow their mother. They are weaned at about four to five months old. They become sexually mature at around one and a half years old, and leave their mother when they are between 13 and 20 months old.
