Why cant babies talk when they are born?

Language is a skill that must be learned. At birth, babies have neither the mental development for language, nor have they experienced it. As they age they will hear those around them speaking (if they can hear) and will learn to associate the sounds with the concepts and objects they represent. At the same time they will experiment with making sounds until they can duplicate the ones they hear. This process slowly becomes language.

Is it normal to have sideburns mustache and neck hair at age of 13?

I think you usually get it a tad later, but a lot of boys are starting puberty at your age. I know a girl with neck hair and she's 14.

It all depends on when you started puberty. The earlier you start, the earlier you will grow hair in places you hadn't any. Puberty can begin at 9 or 10-years-old for some people but it is rarer than the average age of 12.

What are the Nutritional requirements of a 9 month old baby?

By this age your baby can have a variety of different foods, even if they don't have teeth yet. (My baby is 10mths old and has no teeth yet). Your baby should be eating foods such as fruit, vegetables, meat, dairy, cereals, pasta. Fruit:apple, pear, banana, mango, apricot.Vegetables:potato, pumpkin, carrot, broccoli, cauliflower, sweet potato, zucchini.Meat:beef, chicken, fish (must be well cooked).Dairy:cheese,yoghurt,custard.Cereal:baby cereals,porridge/oatmeal,iron fortified wheat biscuits.Pasta:well cooked noodles, coucous. Its very important to serve these foods so your baby can eat them safely without choking.Your child may need their food mashed, minced or finely chopped. All of the above examples can be served this way using a fork, masher or hand held stick mixer. When giving new foods its also important to try one new food at a time so you can see how their body will react to it and then introduce a new food after a few days.Babies bodies don't need sugar or salt added to cooking either.Serves of food should be kept to a small amount (you will see how much they will eat anyway). If there's a history of food allergies or intollerances in your family be careful not to give them to your child too early and without consulting your doctor first.:)

Are mothers emotions passed to her baby inuteral?

I believe that they can in some sense. I was pregnant and experience a miscarriage the same day I experience a tragedy. My husband kept telling me to calm down that day and I couldn't. We found out shortly after at my next ultrasound the baby was gone. I truly believe your feeling adversely affect your pregnancy.
