Life. Thousands of years ago the Celtic tribes would bring in evergreen branches into their homes during the solstice. In a world covered with snow and everything dead the evergreen was seen as life and hope. When the Celtic tribes were converted to Christianity the priests kept the evergreen as part of the new holiday Chris Mass so they brought the evergreen into the church as part of the celebration. The Romans also used the evergreen in their temples.

Other faiths, including those of many Native American tribes also have similar practices that predate Christianity by many centuries.

The proper night for removing your Christmas Tree and decorations is the evening of the 5th of January after dark this is twelfth night the eve of Epiphany

To take Christmas Trees down before this date or after this date is considered bad luck by many

When people buy real Christmas trees on Christmas, it's an evergreen. More specifically, it would be a conifer. Even more specifically, it could be a white fir, which is Abies concolor, but there are lots of others that are also used.

The true meaning of the Christmas Trees is that When Christ Died on the cross, he died
on a tree. And of course It wasn't a pine tree. But a pine tree is the only Tree that
we can use that actually has a style to it. I mean, would you want to sit around a dead
tree for Christmas? My point exactly. So there's my opinion.

because some old woman wanted trees in her house but she only like the kind of trees that we call Christmas trees so she only did it around Christmas than other people started doing it too and decorating it and it just became a tradition. :)

It has something to do with Pagan traditions, as Christmas is Pagan holiday historically speaking, not in fact a Christian one.

Traditional Xmas tree decorations are stars, lights, candles, balls and bells. One could make beautiful Xmas tree decorations by combining the traditional decorations.

With lots of pretty lights and ornaments its really nice to decorate and get into the spirit of what Christmas is really about. Family and friends instead of material objects.
