Well he was mostly interested in how they acted and how they lived but he was also interested in there survial ways like farming and making teepees.

He wasn't impressed at all, they were barbarians.

christopher was an amazing explorer and he did discover America. though everyone has did something good, christopher Columbus did alot of good deeds, such as give stuff to the the Indians and help animals and things like that. i think christopher is a hero!

He was looking for a water route to Asia, wanted riches, and fame.

The explorer Christopher Columbus made four trips across the Atlantic Ocean from Spain: in 1492, 1493, 1498 and 1502. He was determined to find a direct water route west from Europe to Asia, but he never did. Instead, he stumbled upon the Americas.

Because the ship ran aground off the present-day site of Môle Saint-Nicolas, Haiti on December 25, 1492, and was lost. Timbers from the ship were later used to build Môle Saint-Nicolas, which was originally called La Navidad (Christmas) because the wreck occurred on Christmas Day.

During his travels, Christopher Columbus made a lot of friends, among them were wealthy merchants in Italy as well as some noblemen and dukes. Evidence shows he kept in regular contact with the friends he made, and some of them helped him out when he fell on hard times. One of the wealthy dukes he became friends with was the Duke of Medinaceli.

Well,he wanted to discover India right but he really discovered America.He thought that he was in the Indies so he called the people there Indians, now known as Native Americans.Now don't think he's dumb because the maps that he had showed you could sail west to get to the east.He tried to do that but he got to here.He was the first European to find a sea route to America.

I'm not sure if it was Columbus or the colonists, but they had the infection on blankets that they gave the Natives, knowing it was on them when they handed them out.
