Change a headlight on a Chrysler 300m?
This was no fun. First you must take the cover over the radiator and headlamp assembly off. Under that you'll see the headlamp assemblies each have 2 mounting screws. Unfortunaly even after removing them you still cannot lift these out.
To actually lift these assemblies out, you must take off all the top mounts of the front bra(cowling). Chrsyler has also hidden side mounting screws behind the wheel well walls. I would recommend a 10 to 12 extension for your rachet to get to these.
Once these screws are out you can tilt the bra forward and voila you now can lift out the assemblies to chage the bulb.
Took me about 90 minutes to change a stinkin bulb!.
This is such a pain I would recommend:
A) having a garage do it for you
B) Replacing a 4 bulbs at once so you don't have to do it again for a very long time.
If you lenses are getting discolored (and there reflecting a lot of light back inside the assembly instead of out to the road), you might want to take this opportunity to replace the entire assemblies. I have seen them for as little as $239 for both.

How do you change front brake pads on a Chrysler 300M?
Jack the car up and place on jack stand to ensure it is stable. Remove the road wheel. Compress the caliper so that reinstalling the new brake pads will fit correctly against the rotor. Remove the brake caliper by removing the two bolts that hold it in place. Lift the caliper out by the downside first. The upside of the caliper rests underneath a lip and must be pivoted out. The brake pads are removed by prying them out with a screw driver. Install new pads and reinstall caliper following the directions in reverse.
