If you want to know the volume of the gas tank then one of the above numbers is probably correct. It would depend on the year/model of the van.
If you want the 'literal' answer to your question you won't find it in your owner's manual. This requires a measuring tape.
Get inside the van and measure the width and height. Multiply the two. Now measure the length and multiply the first answer by that figure. You'll have the number of cubic feet inside. To save doing even more math, go online and look for a conversion calculator that will convert cubic feet to gallons. Once you've done that you'll know how many gallons a Chrysler minivan holds. Or you could just turn one on its side and fill it with water (a gallon at a time). ;)

How do you remove the transmission on a Chrysler 3.8?
(NOTE: This is a brief walk through and should not be attempted by anyone that does not know what they are doing!!)
This is a very long drawn out process if it is a front wheel drive style vehicle.
My advice is to buy a repair manual because you will need torque specs.
But a simple run down would be: Jack up the vehicle, place the front on jack stands and block the back wheels, use a 3 ton jack with 2 2x4s to support the lower engine carriage also known as the "cradle", remove the battery and all linkages, radiator and transmission cooler lines and engine mounts mounting the engine to the frame anything that won't come down with the engine and transmission, remove the front tires, remove the lower control arm and ball joint from the wheel assembly, remove the CV axles by taking the nut off of the end then pulling out on the wheel assembly (away from the car) to pull the CV axle out of the wheel bearing then pull from the transmission, do this on both sides, take more 2x4 or 2x6 and stack them so that when you lower the body the cradle will rest on the wood, lower the whole car down onto the wood, check to make sure all linkages hoses and mounts are disconnected, remove bolts holding cradle to frame, then jack the body up off of the motor and transmission, remove the bell housing bolts and pull the transmission off of the motor put your new transmission one and reverse the procedure

If you are having the mysterious " Crossfire will not start or goes dead while driving" , check the first three top left hand corner solders on the board and there you will find your problem.
