Any naturally grown fruit or vegetable is fine for animals in moderation. For example, my dog loves string green beans from the garden. She also loves fresh carrots. You can give the dog a small piece from the inside of the apple (not the skin, I don't trust skins) and see if he/she likes it. If he/she does, you can give a tablespoon size a day. It is also good for dogs if you give them one raw egg (not the shell) mixed into 1 cup of whole milk. For smaller breeds, only every other day or twice a week. This mixture will help their skin and coat. SHINY!! :) Hope this helps.

Well any dogs can be aggresive. It all depends on how you treat them. Personally, i think show cocker spaniels are the worst. I have a working cocker and he is perfect.

Hi, I work at a pet shop and i wash, groom and look after the puppies. As far as I know, anything mixed with a poodle, never sheds, due to the poodle not shedding because they have wool not fur or hair.

I have a Cockapoo with the same problem. I took my little guy into the vets and it's the 'knee joint' which pops out of the socket (it's common in cocker breeds.) Sometimes the vet may wait a little if the dog is younger to see if it will pop back in and stay there, but if it doesn't it's time for surgery. My guy Booker T is 2 years old and the popping is getting less, but I'm having him x-rayed to see what is going on and if need be I'm getting Pet Medical and having the operation done. When you first see the vet ask them if they would please not put down on the dog's file what you came in for. This way there is no record so if your dog needs surgery on one or both legs you can get Pet Medical Coverage (will have to wait approximately 3 months for it to kick in) and will help a great deal with the cost of surgery. They are sure worth it. If Booker T doesn't stop popping permanently soon then I'm going through with the surgery.

Yes I Would recommend Cocker Spaniels as good pets. They are very loyal to you, if you have the time for them as they like to be around people.

It should weigh up to 24-28 pounds, if your Cocker Spanial is over weigh I recommond a walk everyday or three times a week. If this isnt posible because of jobs or other busy stuff. as a friend to help you out, or even your childeren or husben/wife. if none of this is posible then you could give them less food. If this is already done and its not working then you got one fat dog

a GOOD cockerspaniel puppy usually costs about 100-1,000 or more dollars. I would NOT get one at a local petstore (no matter how cute they look) because most of those dogs are from VERY abusive places called puppy mills (the stores even lie sometimes, saying that the dog isn't from a puppy mill when it really is), and you usually pay way to much for them, and sometimes, they arent even pure bred! Rescue cockers are the best way to go in my opinion :) they are cheaper, too. usually from 50-300 dollars.
