What is the best natuaral roach killer?
Most exterminators agree that a good bait is your best choice. The reason is that it is nearly impossible to put a dust or other product in every nook and cranny that a roach can reside.
A popular and well known bait is MRF 2000 that was invented by landlords to control infestations in apartments in a cost-effective way.
The bait is made by mixing boric acid with other all natural roach attractants. One application will last an entire year. That's pretty impressive. You can puchase MRF 2000 at www.roachkillerproducts.com or www.howtogetridofroaches.net.
There is another bait that is called maxforce and it also works well, but MRF 2000 is much more cost-effective; especially for large areas.
Dust, sprays, foggers, etc. all get into the air and that is toxic. Bait is also toxic if you eat it, but it is much easier to apply it appropriately because you have so much more control.
Baits will kill the entire colony as the adults take the bait back to the nymphs for feeding.
I work in property management and would be happy to give anyone information on where to get it for a significant discount through email.
There is a product called roach blaster it claims to kill cockroaches by the colony and does just that. Depending on the size of your home you may have to purchase 5 or more packs. It is 100% organic, safe for humans and pets however it is a poison and proper precautions need to be taken as with all poisons. The product is in powder form and can be sprinkled anywhere such as in electrical junctions, TV remotes, kitchen cabinets, behind and under fridges etc.
I lived above an Asian bakery and had a huge problem with German (tiny) roaches and couldn't find anything that worked until i found Roach Blaster.
Boric Acid- completely organic, non-repellant & doesn't break down is onsidered the best overall and cheapest roach killer in the industry.
Boric acid can work but doesn't attract the roach so u have to put the boric acid almost everywhere however more importantly it is considered highly dangerous around kids and pets.
Boric Acid always works if it's dry and properly applied and you only apply to harborages voids etc where people can't touch, number one. number 2, you would not put enough out in any facility to hurt anyone even if they could get to it and 3, your stomach cannot hold enough boric acid to really hurt you since toxicity is based on body weight and 4, if you want to make it attractive you can bait right over it since it's not repellant, but there is no need since they are living in it if you do it right and 5 it is considered a low toxicity or green product as much so as bait and is 100% organic, and 6 if your kids ever held chalk at school they have had their hands in it and 7 a granular bait is not only impractical indoors, it is the wrong consistency. Roaches test their food (including hardness) before they eat it. How are you going to stick that bait on a vertical surface. I have been licensed longer than anyone in my state and do nothing but roaches in places that get closed immediately if even 1 is found. If anyone wants a bait- I can tell you what works and where to get it cheap and how to apply it for anyone that wants to contact me via my board because some of it is proprietary info. but I am completely unaffiliated with suplliers.
Yes, cockroaches will eat an onion. The cockroach will feeds on almost anything that is left out on a counter.
A way to get rid of Cockroaches can be a variety of ways, for some inexpensive home made insecticides, you can mix baking soda and powdered sugar. The baking soda is extremely lethal to cockroaches. But, don't just put down baking soda cause cockroaches can sense it, and know to stay away from it. Since cockroaches love powdered sugar, the smell can over take the senses that can prevent the cockroach from killing them. But put together you get a very good remedy of insecticide. The baking soda and powdered sugar is only lethal to cockroaches so it won't kill your pets, (unless they are bugs or insects). Another is to just spray Kaboom on the live cockroach and it will die within a minute. Or you can just spray around cracks and crevices. But, be careful cause it is very poisonous to dogs and cats. So spray out of reach of children and pets.
BUT DON'T SPRAY ON WOOD FLOORING, OR IT WILL RUIN YOUR WOOD FLOOR!!!

Does a cockroach has any predators?
well considering how durable the cockroach can be that's a debatable question. it takes strong poisons and a variety of different gasses to kill the roach and meanwhile it isn't a vary quick technique....as for its survival there isn't to much to concern of considering how fast they multiply. however if the problem has truly or ever occurs humans defiantly would be they're match if they aren't ours. its probably best to keep colonies in specifically built nature preserves.
How many offspring does a cockroach give a year?
Good question - and there is more than one answer. It all depends on the species you see. In the UK we tend to get 2 common species - the Oriental Cockroach (Blatta orientalis) tends to lay one egg (oothecae) per month and this contains approximately 16 first stage cockroaches. The other common species in the UK is the German Cockroach. The female lays an egg case that contains between 30 and 40 first stage cockroach nymphs. Hope this helps.
